Terms of Service (TOS) & Community Rules By joining and participating in this server/community, you agree to the following terms. Failure to follow these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban without warning. 
Zero Tolerance Policy We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following:
- Hate Speech & Discrimination,
Absolutely no racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other discriminatory language or behavior. Slurs, dog whistles, or coded hate speech (even as a “joke”) will result in immediate removal. This includes derogatory usernames, profile pictures, or messages—even in DMs reported to us.
- Terrorism & Violence,
Do not glorify, promote, or engage in conversations that support terrorism, extremist ideologies, or real-world violence. Any content or behavior related to radicalization, recruitment, or violent threats will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 
Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks By making any payment to this community/server (including subscriptions, donations, or digital goods), you agree to the following: All sales are final. Strictly no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in: A permanent ban from the server A blacklist of your account, IP address, and email Immediate forfeiture of all access or perks associated with the purchase We reserve the right to pursue legal or collection action in cases of fraud or abuse. 
Enforcement We reserve the right to remove, mute, ban, or report any user at our discretion if you are found in violation of these terms. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. 
Summary This is a space for respectful, safe, and positive interaction. We expect all members to behave in a way that contributes to a healthy community. If you cannot follow these terms, do not join or participate.
